In this game, HyperFlux focuses on synchronizing your actions with the beat of the song "Refraction" by LemonsGD. Obstacles, jumps, and effects are often arranged according to the rhythm, requiring you to accurately time each tap or hold to overcome. In the levels of HyperFlux, a variety of different means of transportation will be used, such as Cube, Ship, Ball, UFO, Wave, Spide,r and Robot. Each vehicle will have a different function, giving players completely different experiences. For example, when you control a UFO, you will need to jump a short distance every time you touch the screen, often requiring continuous and rhythmic taps. As for Wave, you need to move in a sine curve up and down when you hold or release your hand, requiring smooth control and accurate prediction.
At about 15% of the Spider stage, you will see a heart. Then, at 31% of the Cube stage, the path will change, opening the path to the coin.
At 45%, you will encounter a purple sphere. Instead of jumping up as usual, tap the sphere lightly to fall between the saws. The coin is located between these saws.
At about 48% of the Spider stage, you will see another heart. Tap it to trigger another change in the level. Then, at 66% of the Cube stage, you will see a trampoline. If you have touched the heart before, this pad will disappear, allowing you to fall down and collect the coin.
