In Uno Online, players will need to think logically to try to win. To win, players need to be the first to run out of cards. Are you confident of winning?
How to play Uno Online?
What is your goal?
The goal of Uno is to be the first person to run out of cards in each round. Players will accumulate points from the remaining cards in their opponents' hands to win the game (usually the first person to reach 500 points). The game has a total of 108 cards numbered from 0 to 9 and is divided into four main colors: green, blue, red, and yellow.
Special commands:
- Reverse: Change the direction of play.
- Skip: Skip the next player's turn.
- 2 Draw Two: The next player will have to draw 2 cards and will lose their turn.
- There are also special colorless cards:
- Wild: Choose any color for the next turn.
- 4 Wild Draw Four: Choose a new color, and the next player draws 4 cards (only used when you have no more cards of the same color).
Basic instructions
Each player is dealt 7 cards. All cards are dealt face down, and no one can see which card is underneath. After the cards are dealt, the remaining cards are placed face down in the middle of the table, called the draw pile.
Turn:
- The player must play a card of the same color, number, or symbol as the top card.
- If you cannot play, you must draw a card from the deck.
- If you draw a playable card, you can continue playing.
- Otherwise, the turn passes to the next player.
When you have 1 card left, you must press "UNO". If the dealer runs out of cards first, the player wins.
Tips for Playing Uno Online
If you have a lot of cards of the same color and want to get rid of them faster, change the color of the deck to that color until it's your turn. A little tip for you is that Wild and Wild Draw 4 cards are very important and need to be used wisely. They allow you to change the color of your cards at any time, which is very useful when you don't have a valid card or want to "stab" your opponent. Don't waste Wild cards when you still have many other options. Keep them for difficult situations or to end the game.
Make effective use of function cards:
- The "+2" card (Draw 2): Use when you want to "stab" your opponent who is about to run out of cards or when you want to "hold" a dangerous player.
- The "Skip" card (Skip): Similar to +2, use to skip the turn of an opponent who is about to run out of cards or a player who has an advantage.
- "Reverse" card: This card is useful when you want to pass the turn to another player (especially the one who just played) or when you are "sandwiched" between two strong opponents.
- Wild Draw 4 is the strongest card in the deck.
- When to use: Use when you have no other choice or want to "finish" your opponent. Make sure you do not have any cards of the same color to avoid being caught (if there is such a rule).
- When being played by an opponent: If you suspect your opponent of playing a Wild Draw 4 "cheating" (i.e. they still have cards of the same color), you can ask them to prove it (challenge). If a player is blocked, they must draw 4 cards instead of you, and you do not lose your turn. However, if you are wrong, you must draw 6 more cards (4 cards of Wild Draw 4 + 2 penalty cards).
