Golf Orbit is a popular mobile game in the sports video game genre. Players will control a golfer with the goal of hitting the ball as far as possible.

Golf Orbit Controls and Gameplay

One-touch controls

  • Players simply press and hold the left mouse button (on PC) or tap and hold the screen (on mobile).
  • When you press and hold, a force meter will appear, and an arrow/cursor will start moving back and forth on the bar. This bar usually has different colored zones: red (weak force), yellow (medium force), and green (maximum force).
  • When the arrow moves to the zone you want, you just need to release your hand. The shot will be performed with the corresponding force.

How to play

The player's goal is to time the release of the hand at the right time when the arrow is in the green zone. This will be the perfect area to score the highest score when hitting the ball.

  • If you release your hand in this zone, the shot will have the most force, helping the ball fly significantly farther and higher.
  • If you release your hand outside this area, the shot will lose power and the ball will not fly as far as desired.

After the ball is hit, the game will move to the second phase: calculating the trajectory and bounce. The player can no longer interfere with the shot, but only observe.

  • The ball will fly, bounce, and roll on various terrains such as slopes, launching pads, or other special objects.
  • Each bounce or collision affects the ball, causing the direction of the ball to change randomly.

Upgrade system

To achieve a new record, players need to use the earned coins to upgrade the three main stats of the golf club. This upgrade will help:

  • Power: Increase the power of the shot, helping the ball fly farther from the start.
  • Speed: Helps the ball maintain speed longer in the air, reducing friction.
  • Bounce: Increases the ball's ability to bounce when it lands, helping the ball fly further after impact.
